Easy Chicken Leg Quarters

With social distancing happening, we are all looking for an easy recipe that we can make with what we have in our pantry.

Ingredients

  • Chicken leg quarters, but any chicken cut will work
  • Your favorite poultry rub (I used my Double Smoke from Spiceology)
  • Your favorite hot sauce (I used Yellow Bird)
  • Soy Sauce
  • Maple Syrup
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Lime Juice
  • Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Orange Juice Concentrate
  • Water

Add all ingredients together and mix.

Place chicken and marinade for at least 30 minutes.

Turn on grill and set to 350 degrees.

Place chicken on grill.

Save the remaining marinade and reduce– after it has come to a full boil, stir in a corn starch slurry to thicken it up.

Baste this on the chicken.

I cooked the chicken until it reached 165 degrees.

Serve with your favorite sides.
