Collaborations

There are many terrific companies that I’ve had the opportunity to work with and collaborate on content. I love their products and recommend you use them to create your own gourmet backyard dinners!

Traeger Wood Fired Grills are my go-to outdoor cooking tool. With a variety of grills to meet the needs of every cook– from first-timer to semi-professional, you are guaranteed accurate, easy cooking with that signature Traeger wood-fired flavor.

Snake River Farms is a family-owned meat producer, providing the highest-quality Waygu beef and Kurobuta pork to the consumer. The company manages every step of the process, and as a result you can be sure you are getting the highest quality product from SRF.

Since 1949, Head Country Bar-B-Q has made amazing, authentic barbecue sauces and seasonings. With a variety of flavors– from spicy to sweet, their products are the perfect compliment to my cooking.

Cooking on a grill is less about following a recipe for timing, and more about learning when the food is done. I use my ThermoWorks ThermaPen for nearly every cook, because BBQ is done when it’s done and internal temperature tells us when that is!

I use Cambro containers often in my cooking and prep, because they’re durable, easy to use, and reduce waste. Perfect for marinading, seasoning and brining, they also work well for storage of leftovers and some are even heat proof to be used in the grill.

Cabot Creamery Cooperative from Vermont makes amazing cheddar cheeses that I use in my cooks. From sharp cheddar cheeses to spicy habanero and pepper jack, these cheeses make for great cheeseburgers, creamy mac-n-cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches of your dreams!

We like to buy RedBird Farms chicken whenever possible, as it is a Colorado-based poultry producer making all-natural, fresh and antibiotic-free chicken to the home cook and restaurant consumer. Their turkeys are especially delicious around the holidays!

In Salmon & Sable, I’ve found a fisherman-owned salmon company that catches Alaska’s best Coho, King and Sockeye salmon. Caught by the owner, their salmon is caught, filet and flash-frozen before being shipped to your door. We love having salmon at-the-ready for an amazing grilled dinner.

Dalstrong makes really unique and visually interesting knives that stand up to all the cooking we do. Use my code TJCQ at http://www.dalstrong.com for 15% off your order!

We had the chance to take a fun road trip rip vacation before the Coronavirus pandemic hit the world. It was the perfect escape– we got to see some beautiful places in Colorado and Wyoming, and were able to take the dogs and the grills for this vacation. Renting it was easy, affordable and fun and we can’t wait to go on a trip again!

Living in a landlocked state, accessing fresh seafood is not easy. But Lobster Anywhere is amazing and Joe, the owner and lobsterman makes lobster accessible to people across the country. We love their whole lobster tails and shucked tail, claw and knuckle meat. There’s really nothing as delicious as a lobster roll. Bring on the butter!

Our outdoor kitchen– ThisJewCanQue headquarters– lives under a Toja Grid system. It’s a modular pergola system that’s easy to assemble and we configured it to perfectly fit our backyard and patio needs.
