Traeger Roasted Sweet Honey Salmon

A whole side of salmon is marinated briefly in a sweet and citrusy Asian BBQ sauce and then roasted in the Traeger grill until fork-tender. This Asian-inspired salmon is a perfect weeknight meal staple!

- 1 whole Alaskan coho salmon filet
- 1 cup Bachan's Sweet Honey Asian BBQ sauce
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 orange zested
- 3 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
- Asian rice to serve alongside
Start by preheating your Traeger grill to 350°F.
In a bowl, mix Bachan's Sweet Honey sauce, crushed garlic, and freshly grated orange zest.
Place the salmon filet on Traeger butcher paper or aluminum foil on a cookie sheet.
Spread the marinade generously over the salmon, ensuring it's coated evenly.
Refrigerate the salmon for about 30 minutes.
Place the salmon on the preheated Traeger grill and cook for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Once done, remove from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
