A whole side of salmon is marinated briefly in a sweet and citrusy Asian BBQ sauce and then roasted in the Traeger grill until fork-tender. This Asian-inspired salmon is a perfect weeknight meal staple!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Alaskan coho salmon filet
  • 1 cup Bachan's Sweet Honey Asian BBQ sauce
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 orange zested
  • 3 tsp sesame seeds for garnish
  • Asian rice to serve alongside

Instructions
 

  • Start by preheating your Traeger grill to 350°F.
  • In a bowl, mix Bachan's Sweet Honey sauce, crushed garlic, and freshly grated orange zest.
  • Place the salmon filet on Traeger butcher paper or aluminum foil on a cookie sheet.
  • Spread the marinade generously over the salmon, ensuring it's coated evenly.
  • Refrigerate the salmon for about 30 minutes.
  • Place the salmon on the preheated Traeger grill and cook for about 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Once done, remove from the grill and sprinkle with sesame seeds for added texture and flavor.
  • Serve the Traeger Sweet Honey Salmon with Asian rice for a complete meal.
