- 1 pinch flour or cornmeal for stretching dough

Preheat the Ooni Karu with gas fuel to 800–850°F. This takes about 15 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, stretch the pizza dough into a 10–12 inch round.
Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
Sprinkle torn mozzarella evenly over the dough.
Add thin peach slices across the pizza.
Tear prosciutto into strips and scatter over the top.
Launch the pizza into the Ooni using a floured peel.
Cook for 90 seconds to 2 minutes, turning every 20–30 seconds for even cooking.
Remove pizza once crust is puffed and blistered and cheese is melted.
Drizzle hot honey over the pizza.
Top with fresh arugula.
Slice and serve immediately.
