Prepare the Butter: Place the Honey Habanero Butter in the freezer for 30–45 minutes, until firm. Grate the frozen butter using a cheese grater and set aside.
Make the Burger Mix: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, grated butter, and seasoning. Mix gently by hand to combine, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Form Patties: Divide the beef into 4 equal portions. Place each portion between squares of parchment paper and use a burger press to form uniform patties, about 3/4 inch thick. Chill until ready to grill.
Make the Slaw: In a medium bowl, combine corn, tomatoes, green onion, basil, and cilantro. Drizzle with honey and olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Toss gently and refrigerate until ready to use.
Preheat the Grill: Heat your gas grill (or other grill) to medium-high, around 450°F.
Grill the Patties: Place patties directly over the heat. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side. Lower heat or move to indirect heat to finish cooking until internal temp reaches 135°F (medium-rare) to 145°F (medium).
Add Cheese: In the final minute of cooking, top each burger with cheese and close the lid to melt.
Toast the Buns: While the burgers rest, toast the buns face-down on the grill until golden brown.
Assemble the Burgers: Place the grilled burger on the bottom bun, top with a generous spoonful of honey corn slaw, and finish with the top bun. Optionally, add a pat of Banner Butter to the bun before serving.
Serve: Serve immediately with chips or grilled veggies and enjoy.
