- 1 bag Safeway Signature Select Tater Puffs
- 1 bag Safeway Signature Select Sweet Potato Puffs
- 1 Signature Cafe Whole Roasted Chicken deli
- 1 bag Lucerne shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 tub Lucerne sour cream
- 1 tub Hatch Green Chile Queso in Fresh Cut section
- 1 tub each Guacamole and pico de gallo from Safeway’s Fresh Cut section
- 1 bunch green onions
Preheat your gill or oven to 350°F.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and cook bacon until crispy (about 10-15 minutes), then set aside.
Increase grill or oven heat to 400*F
Place the Safeway Tater Puffs and Sweet Potato Puffs on a cookie sheet.
Cook puffs in the grill or oven, following package directions (around 20 minutes).
While the puffs are cooking, shred the Safeway rotisserie chicken and heat the queso in the microwave.
Set up a nacho bar with all toppings: shredded Lucerne cheese, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo, bacon, green onions, shredded lettuce, jarred salsa, and BBQ sauce.
Once the tater puffs are done, serve them hot, and let everyone build their own nachos.
