Snake River Farms ground beef

Japanese barbecue sauce

rice vinegar

teaspoon
balsamic vinegar

teaspoon
ginger paste

tablespoon
brown sugar
Juice of 1 lime

green onions
sliced

cup
chopped cilantro

chopped basil

teaspoons chili sauce
we used sweet chili sauce to keep it kid-friendly. use spicy for more heat!
For Serving

cooked sushi rice

sliced cucumbers

rice vinegar

sugar

of salt

chopped basil and cilantro

lime, cut in half
Instructions
Preheat griddle to medium-high heat.
Add ground beef and sear before breaking apart.
Cook until browned and fully done.
Stir in sauce ingredients and toss to coat.
Add green onions and cilantro.
Toss cucumbers with vinegar, sugar, and salt.
Serve beef over rice with cucumber salad.
Notes
Tips & Tricks
Let the beef sear before stirring for better caramelization.
Adjust lime and vinegar to taste.
Double for leftovers.
