This easy, family-friendly Garlic Bread Pizza recipe is smoky, cheesy, and cooked to perfection on the Traeger Woodridge. Perfect for winter weekends and great for getting kids involved in the kitchen!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 garlic bread baguette pre-sliced with garlic butter
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Italian cheese blend shredded
  • 20 slices of pepperoni or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Spiceology Garlic Junkie seasoning
  • Ranch dressing optional, for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Traeger Woodridge grill to 375°F. Leave the garlic bread in its original wrapper and place it on the grill for 10 minutes to warm up.
  • Remove the garlic bread from the wrapper and slice each baguette piece in half.
  • Spread marinara sauce evenly over each piece of bread.
  • Add slices of pepperoni to each bread half, arranging them to cover the marinara.
  • Sprinkle the Italian cheese blend generously over the top.
  • Finish with a dash of Spiceology Garlic Junkie seasoning for extra flavor.
  • Place the assembled garlic bread pizzas on a baking sheet and return them to the grill.
  • Grill for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  • Remove from the grill, slice into strips, and serve warm with ranch dressing if desired.
