Tropical Chicken Skewers
Ingredients
Salsa
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple Cut into 1/4 size chunks
- 1/2 jalapeno Diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion Diced
- 1 Dash Olive Oil
- 1 Juice of half a lime
- 1 tbsp Maui Wowee Seasoning
Instructions
- Place Salsa Ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
- Heat up your cooking surafce to cook the chicken.
- Cook Chicken for 2-3 minutes a side.
- Add chicken skewers to a bowl of a rice.
- Top with Salsa.
