Preheat your Traeger Grill to 350* and line an 8x8 glass baking dish with parchment paper and then grease liberally.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder until well blended.
In a small bowl, mix the eggs, oil and vanilla until combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir with a rubber spatula until just combined. Do not over-mix!
Transfer the brownie batter to the prepared dish and smooth the top.
In a new bowl, combine the cream cheese and eggs until well blended and smooth.
Add orange food coloring to the cream cheese mixture– add enough to turn the cream cheese really orange!
Pour the cream cheese mixture into a plastic sandwich bag and remove all the air.
Snip off the corner of the bag and use it as a piping bag to decorate the top of the brownies.
We made a spiral from the center out on the brownie layer, keeping the lines close together.
Using a toothpick or wooden skewer, drag through the brownie layer from the center out, making a spider web pattern.
Place the prepared brownies in the preheated grill and bake for 30-35 minutes until just set.
Remove from the grill and allow them to cool before slicing.
